Transparency

FR To respond to the demand for greater transparency, the Glyphosate Renewal Group will proactively meet the new provisions of the EU General Food Law before the legislation comes into force on 27 March 2021.

FR In doing so, the Glyphosate Renewal Group will make publicly available the minutes of the meetings with regulatory bodies involved in the re assessment of glyphosate; i.e. the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), and the Assessment Group on Glyphosate. FR The Assessment Group consists of the following regulatory authorities of four European Member States: ANSES (France), Nebih (Hungary), ctgb (the Netherlands) and KEMI (Sweden).

FR The Glyphosate Renewal Group‘s application for approval renewal, including the list of new studies to fulfil current regulatory requirements is made publicly available on this website, as well as the Assessment Group’s feedback correspondence on this application.

FR Furthermore, easy access to the public part of the re-approval dossier submitted in 2012 will be provided on this website.

FR In addition, full study reports submitted at the time and where the Glyphosate Renewal Group has access and disclosure rights, will be accessible to interested persons via a simple online ordering procedure (with the minor exception of those documents containing certain production related, not safety relevant information).

FR Once submitted, also the entire public part of the 2020 glyphosate dossier, including any new study reports, will be made accessible via this website (with the minor exception of those documents containing certain production related, not safety relevant information);

FR Disclaimer: To protect data privacy and according to applicable law, all personal information and the testing facilities of vertebrate studies have been blackened in the documents that will be made publicly available by the Glyphosate Renewal Group

FR Further to that, the Glyphosate Renewal Group joined the EU Transparency Register, and details can be viewed at:
